CloudIQ Technologies developed a cloud-native solution comprising a mobile application for veterinarians to record medical dictations and a centralized platform for digital scribes to review and approve AI-generated transcripts. The system utilizes Azure OpenAI’s Whisper model for high-accuracy speech-to-text transcription and Azure OpenAI’s ChatGPT-4 model to extract structured clinical data, including medical history, physical examination findings, medications, vaccinations, and diagnostic results.
By automating the transcription and data extraction process, the solution significantly reduces the manual effort required by digital scribes. It is built on a secure and scalable architecture, leveraging Azure Machine Learning, Azure Cognitive Services, Service Fabric, Azure SQL Server, and Azure Blob Storage. The system ensures high availability, data integrity, and performance monitoring through Azure Application Insights and Azure DevOps.
